Every day except Wednesday, from 2pm to 5pm or 5pm to 8pm

Reservations are open by phone and online, and are highly recommended for planning your moment of relaxation with your loved ones.

Minimum age is 14 and over. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

A 50% credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.

Please cancel your activity at least 7 days before the date in order to receive a refund of the 50% deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the date will result in the loss of the deposit.

Please change your activity date at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

No refunds in the event of rain or snow. In the event of breakage, storm or any other condition that forces us to close, a refund of the deposit will be made.

• Take a soapy shower when you arrive and tie back your hair so that it doesn’t block our filters. As we do not use chlorine, it is important to preserve water quality.

• You agree not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while accessing our facilities. It is strictly forbidden to use them on the site. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately. (It’s even better to be serene on an empty stomach).

• Do not smoke inside the spa, even if it is outdoors.

• Respect whispering throughout the site. Our aim is to provide a quiet space in which to relax.

•No food or beverages are allowed on site, only closed water bottles.

• It is forbidden to reserve the chairs with your towel during your thermotherapy tour.

• The use of cell phones, Ipads and cameras is not prohibited. However, the following conditions must be respected when using your devices: no ringing, other sounds or vibrations are tolerated throughout the site.

• Arrive 15 minutes before your massage and shower in the changing room if necessary.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate may be accompanied by a request to leave the site without refund.

• Thermotherapy may not be suitable for pregnant women, or people suffering from angina, hypertension, diabetes, heart or respiratory problems. It’s best to consult your doctor before your visit.

• The minimum age for access to the spa is 14.

• Accompanying persons aged 16 and under are your responsibility.

THE THERMOTHERAPY CYCLE

Temperature variations

Thermotherapy involves using temperature variations to relax and relieve the body’s muscular and joint systems.

Your body is generally regulated at 37 degrees Celsius (90°F).

When exposed to temperature variations, blood vessels dilate and contract, releasing, among other things, endorphins, one of the hormones responsible for the feeling of well-being.
